Besides, pay attention to any missing screws or fixings of the office chairs. Just have a regular check of any possible loose parts, especially the screws that hold arms and back. Besides, make sure no screw or bolt get overly tightened. If the screws get tightened, the chair may hardly stay in place and then we need to replace the cylinder.
