Decorating the office areas can express our personal style and boost our morale as the holiday season comes. To decorate the office, we need to make sure our company does not have any policies against office decoration. Anyway, to bring a touch of festive cheer to the workplace, we do not have to make some slight change. Check out some simple tips for injecting some Christmas spirit into our workplace.

Accessorize Office Chairs for Christmas

Most of our office chairs are black ergonomic chairs. For a cheerful holiday vibe, add a fresh touch to the chair decoration. Try to tie a simple red ribbon over the chair and highlight it with some greenery. Or place a wreath, which is very common ornament for Christmas at the back of the chair. These slight change to the chair will not cost too much and we do not have to change our office chairs.

Christmas Themed Desktop Wallpaper in Office

We often spend a lot of time working by the computer. Try to make a change from adding some Christmas themed wallpapers. There are too many Christmas wallpapers we can use as background pictures for our computer. Go traditional with Santa and his reindeer. It’s all up to you.  It is a very low cost solutions to make our office a bit more festive. Anyway, just avoid those wallpapers with too many colors that dazzle our eyes. We need the wallpapers that can give us feeling of festival vibe.

Counting Down Ornaments

Working in December is a bit struggling. We may tend to count out the days left for the holiday to come just as a kid does lying awake in bed on Christmas Eve. Why not count it down in a festive way. Get an advent calendar on the desk. Or share some Christmas cookies you make each day during break with the workmates and say about things you do every day before the Christmas. That is a very easy way to get everyone in Christmas spirit.

Decorate Office Areas with Christmas Lights

We sit in the office working, without any chance to be embraced by the Christmas atmosphere already in the streets. Actually, we can create holiday vibe in the office area. Hang up some string lights or bring a proper sized Christmas tree light that can make our office a bit brighter, full of warm and sparkling glow. This is a very effective way to make the office significantly more festive. Besides, the snow bonsai light even add a touch of romantic cheer to the office .
