Proper lighting and right level of illumination has much to do with relief of headaches, eye fatigue or even neck pain. We need to get a bright light that can be adjustable in the office. Besides, the light can allow us to place it over paper documents or away from the computer monitor to avoid glare.

We need to improve the comfort and safety during our stay at the office in many ways. Pay more attention to ergonomics and try ergonomic tools to reduce or better balance the intellectual stresses of a job.
